1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Altitude Initiative website ("altitudeinitiative.com") and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Altitude Initiative provides professional development, mentoring, coaching, and human performance programs for individuals and organisations. Our services include but are not limited to:

• The Altitude Performance Program (12-week framework)
• Leadership development and facilitation
• Live online masterclasses and group programs
• Discovery calls and strategy conversations
• Workshops and group sessions

3. Nature of Services

Altitude Initiative provides mentoring, coaching, and professional development services. These services are educational and developmental in nature and do not constitute medical advice, psychological counselling, therapy, or treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please contact a qualified healthcare professional or call Lifeline Australia on 13 11 14.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, logos, program materials, and frameworks, is the intellectual property of Altitude Initiative and is protected under Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

5. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all information shared during mentoring and development engagements. Program content, personal disclosures, and organisational information shared with us will be treated as confidential unless:

• You provide consent to share
• Disclosure is required by law (e.g. mandatory reporting obligations under Queensland law)
• There is a serious and imminent risk to the safety of any person

6. Bookings, Payments & Refunds

Discovery calls and strategy conversations booked through our website are subject to availability. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

For paid programs purchased online (such as our masterclass series), payment is in Australian dollars (AUD) and processed securely by Stripe. Completing checkout confirms your place and your agreement to these terms. 90% refund available any time up to 48 hours before the live masterclass (Monday 27 July 2026). No refunds are available inside 48 hours of the masterclass, or after it has begun. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. To request a refund, email info@altitudeinitiative.com. Specific cancellation policies for other paid programs will be outlined in the relevant service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altitude Initiative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

8. Website Use

You agree to use this website lawfully and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this website by any third party. You must not misuse this website by introducing viruses, trojans, or other harmful material.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g. booking platforms). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites.

10. Governing Law
